-Responsible for the day to day operations of the Engineering function within the resort ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of all areas.
-Ensure at all times highest quality of provided products and services with the goal to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.
-Responsible for the cost controlling of the department
-Responsible for the condition of all – operating machinery and equipment used in the resort, ensuring it’s in excellent working condition and safe to use.
-Responsible for the Fire Team in the resort, the operation and setting up of in co – operation with the Personnel Department.
-Develop, submit for approval and implement a routine preventative maintenance plan for guest rooms, heavy machinery, kitchens, swimming pool equipment, gardens, buildings, roads, public areas etc.
