ตำแหน่ง : Assist FB Manager /Restaurant Manager

รายละเอียด

* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role
* Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and food safety regulations
* Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and supervise staff
* Good understanding of cost control, budgeting, inventory management, and purchasing
* Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good command of English; additional languages will be an advantage
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
* Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and service-minded personality
* Experience in hotel or resort operations will be an advantage
