Position Title: Sales Executive
Reports To: Assistant Director of Sales / General Manager
Job Description:
- Support Sales Managers and Assistant Director of Sales in managing their sales accounts.
- Conduct regular sales calls, product trainings, and joint marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client needs.
- Solicit new business opportunities through effective strategies and review them with Sales Manager or Assistant Director of Sales increase company’s revenue and market share.
- Tracks, reviews and reports weekly/monthly room night productions based on account and individual Sales Executive’s productivity to ensure sales objectives are achieved.
- Attend travel trade events, roadshows, and fam trips as needed.
- Answer all correspondences and enquiries received by the next working day.
- Prepare sales-related documents; contracts, proposals, report. Perform any other task assigned as directed by Sales Manager or Assistant Director of Sales
- Use and follows sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing clients.
- Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
- Responsible for Corporate, FIT market and Event, Wedding, Meeting and Incentive travel.
-Responsible to develop and foster business through pro-active direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls and tours of the hotel. Also develops strategic action plans for hotels to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue.
-Identify areas of opportunity in performance and recommend tools and sales training to optimize performance of sales team.
What’s we are looking for:
• Thai Nationality, age not over 35 years old
• At least two years of sales experience in the Hospitality or Tourism industry only
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Opera system and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent negotiates, communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive work attitudes and ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to perform independently and as part of a team
• Energetic, Proactive, Self-driven and highly motivated
• Service-oriented and passion for Sales
