หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
*การจัดหาและสั่งซื้อ (Procurement & Purchasing): รับใบขอซื้อ (PR) จากแผนกต่างๆ (ห้องอาหาร, ครัว, แม่บ้าน, ช่าง) และออกใบสั่งซื้อ (PO)
*หาแหล่งสินค้าใหม่ (Sourcing): สำรวจราคาสินค้าในท้องตลาด วัตถุดิบใหม่ๆ และเปรียบเทียบ Supplier
*บริหารจัดการสต็อก (Inventory Management): ตรวจสอบของคงคลังและจัดทำรายการสินค้าที่ต้องซื้อเพิ่ม เพื่อป้องกันของขาด
*ตรวจรับสินค้า (Receiving): ตรวจเช็คสินค้าที่ส่งมอบให้ถูกต้องตามสเปก จำนวน และคุณภาพ ก่อนส่งเข้าคลัง
*งานเอกสารและบัญชี (Documentation): รวบรวมเอกสารสัญญา การส่งของ และส่งให้แผนกบัญชีเพื่อเบิกจ่ายเงิน
