Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the daily operations of the bakery section, including production planning, inventory, and quality control.
-Develop and execute creative menus, seasonal offerings, and signature bakery items.
-Ensure consistency, presentation, and flavor excellence in all bakery products.
-Train, mentor, and supervise pastry team members, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
-Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards in compliance with HACCP and company policies.
-Collaborate with Executive Chef and F&B team to support events, banquets, and special occasions

Requirements:
-Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef with a strong bakery background.
-Expertise in European bread-making techniques, viennoiserie, laminated dough, and gluten-free baking is a plus.
-Creative, hands-on, and detail-oriented with a passion for innovation.
-Leadership experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end bakery environment.
-Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts/Patisserie or related field.
