Previous experience in the hotel, resort, or hospitality industry will be an advantage.
Experience in supervising, leading, and assigning tasks to engineering staff.
Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and ventilation, sanitary, and building systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical and maintenance problems effectively.
