Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular patrols throughout guest areas, public spaces, outlets, activity rooms, parking areas, and surrounding premises.
- Prepare daily security reports covering areas inspected, persons checked, incidents, and findings.
- Maintain accurate daily security logs and records.
- Monitor CCTV and ensure all security and safety systems are functioning properly.
- Control vehicle access, record licence plate numbers and destinations, and ensure vehicles are parked correctly.
- Keep the entrance gate secured and follow established access-control procedures.
- Conduct bag and vehicle inspections of employees after duty in accordance with hotel policy.
- Identify and report safety risks, security breaches, suspicious activities, and unusual incidents.
- Protect the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, contractors, and hotel property.
- Ensure employees and visitors comply with established security procedures.
- Provide first-aid assistance and support the hotel’s emergency response procedures.
- Investigate theft, loss, accidents, and security incidents, and prepare reports promptly.
- Coordinate with the police and relevant authorities when required.
- Perform all duties in accordance with hotel standards, policies, and legal requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
