ตำแหน่ง : Demi Chef Bakery
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, croissants, and other bakery products.
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and freshness.
- Assist the Chef de Partie in daily bakery production and operations.
- Monitor ingredients, inventory, and food costs to minimize waste.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Support and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in bakery production, preferably in a hotel or resort.
- Good knowledge of bread making, dough preparation, proofing, and baking techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Good teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Able to work flexible shifts and under pressure.
