1. Account Management and Organization (30%)
Implement effective account management and servicing practices in alignment with BTHR Sales Principles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all account visits, meetings, and activities within the designated account profiles.

Ensure timely preparation and submission of sales and meeting reports on a weekly and/or monthly basis, as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Maintain a structured and accessible filing system consistent with departmental standards, ensuring ease of reference for all team members.
2. Sales and Business Development (60%)
Prepare and deliver high-quality sales presentations to both potential and existing clients, including decision-makers and event organizers, to solicit and secure business.
Drive revenue through consistent and strategic sales calls, maintaining strong brand awareness and delivering exceptional account servicing.
Actively cross-sell all BTHR brands globally to maximize business opportunities.
Conduct professional site inspections and property visits, ensuring full coordination with concerned teams and meticulous pre-visit preparation.
3. Event Management and Client Servicing (10%)
Ensure seamless execution of all assigned events through clear, timely, and structured communication with the Banquet Operations Team.
Demonstrate in-depth understanding of the property’s event facilities, banquet operations, and service capabilities to optimize guest satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor insights in the MICE and catering industry locally, regionally, and internationally to generate innovative ideas and proposals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high guest satisfaction that leads to repeat and referral business.
4. Additional Responsibilities
Undertake any other tasks or special projects as assigned by the Assistant Director, Sales – MICE, Director, Events, and/or Director, Sales & Marketing.
