Key Responsibilities
-Supervise and coordinate the daily floor operations of the restaurant
-Lead, coach, and motivate the service team during each shift
-Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and personalized experience consistent with Banyan Tree's luxury standards
-Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently
-Monitor table setups, mise en place, and restaurant cleanliness before and during service
-Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
-Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication between the front and back of house
-Assist in scheduling, briefings, and training of new team members
-Support the F&B Manager with inventory management, daily reports, and operational improvements

Qualifications & Experience
A minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory role in restaurant operations, preferably in a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality environment, is required. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
