** Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized and attentive service to guests staying in private villas

-Handle guest arrival and departure processes, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences

-Maintain the cleanliness, setup, and overall readiness of the villa at all times

-Coordinate with relevant departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering

-Arrange and serve food, beverages, and special requests according to guest preferences

-Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

-Anticipate guest needs and proactively deliver exceptional service

-Handle guest complaints and requests efficiently and professionally

-Ensure guest privacy, comfort, and safety throughout their stay

** Qualifications:

-Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a luxury hotel or villa environment

-Strong service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills

-Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)

-Ability to work flexible hours and shifts

-Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
