The Guest Service Center Agent is responsible for delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous service to all guests through telephone and digital communication channels. This role ensures efficient coordination of guest requests, internal communication, and service recovery to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred).
• Previous hotel customer service or call center experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English and Thai, both spoken and written.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in hotel systems (Opera, HotSOS) or willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude, service-minded, and strong teamwork skills.
