The Cluster E-Commerce Manager is required to drive online revenue and direct bookings across the cluster, optimize digital and OTA performance, and ensure consistent e-commerce strategies across all properties. This role will centralize e-commerce expertise, improve efficiency, and support overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies across cluster properties.
- Drive online revenue and direct bookings through hotel websites and digital channels.
- Manage and optimize OTA performance, content, promotions, and online visibility.
- Monitor e-commerce KPIs, market trends, competitors, and conversion performance.
- Coordinate digital campaigns with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams.
- Ensure accurate and consistent hotel content across all online platforms.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend actions to maximize online revenue.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure effective digital presence across the cluster.
