ตำแหน่ง : Vacation Planner (Japanese+English)
Join Marriott Vacation Club as a Telemarketer (Vacation Planner) and become part of a globally recognized brand known for excellence, inclusivity, and career growth. In this role, you’ll connect with potential clients and introduce them to exclusive vacation opportunities; no cold calling required. We provide full training, a supportive team environment, and uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with warm leads to promote discounted vacation packages
• Build rapport with prospective clients over the phone
• Match guests with suitable holiday options based on their preferences
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities
• Meet and exceed performance targets
• Participate in ongoing training and development
Qualifications
• Diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Friendly, confident, and enthusiastic personality
• Active listening and questioning skills
• Target-driven mindset
• Flexible availability (5 days/week)
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (potential monthly earnings from 75,000 THB to 180,000 THB subject to individual performance))
