Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Physiotherapist to join our premier healthcare facility. This role requires clinical expertise in assessing, diagnosing, planning, and delivering effective rehabilitation programs for diverse patient needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in evidence-based practice and therapeutic approaches, upholding high standards of patient care and professional development.
Responsibilities
1. Assess a patient's physical abilities and needs comprehensively.
2. Develop a plan of physiotherapy intervention according to the patient's individualized needs.
3. Provide direct patient care including evaluation and treatment through the use of Therapeutic Exercise, Manipulation, Mobilization, Hydrotherapy, Electrotherapeutic and Mechanical devices & Therapeutic agents.
4. Provide consultation on injury prevention and health promotion.
5. Maintain and store all physical therapy equipment and supplies in the department.
6. Check performance of daily start-up and shut-down of automated physical therapy equipment.
7. Manage patient physical therapy records.
8. Execute any other job assigned by Head of physiotherapy department and Clinic manager.
9. Perform various manual therapy techniques and therapeutic approaches.
10. Educate patients and caregivers about proper body mechanics, posture, and injury prevention.
11. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
12. Stay current with the latest physiotherapy techniques and research.
13. Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
14. Uphold high safety protocols and healthcare standards.

Work Environment
• Stay well Clinic and Physio including Anti-aging,Physiotherapy,Cryotherapy,Holistic and Aesthetic
• May require working with diverse patient populations including elderly, sports injuries, Musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
Qualifications
Education and Licensure
• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution (required)
• Current physiotherapy license from the Thailand Physical Therapy Council
Experience
• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience as a physiotherapist
• Experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, or sports rehabilitation
• Experience with various physiotherapy equipment including electrotherapeutic and mechanical devices



Knowledge and Skills
• Comprehensive understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
• Proficiency in various assessment and treatment techniques
• Strong knowledge
• Excellent manual therapy skills
• Superior communication and interpersonal abilities
• Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member
• Good administrative and supervisory skills
• Proficiency in Thai language (required)
• English language proficiency (required)
• Report writing and data analysis skills
Salary

Base salary 30,000+ THB
