Job Responsibilities:
1. Achieve budgeted food sales, beverage sales, labour costs and profitability.
2. Complete of customer follow-up calls on a timely basis.
3. Timely analyse. food & beverage prices in relation to competition.
4. Participate and input towards F&B marketing activities.
5. Prepare sales promotions & mailings.
6. Analyse competitors every 6 months by calling and gathering data such as banquet kits, room rental rates and etc.
7. Develop and maintain department control procedures.
8. Evaluation forms must accompany all invoices.
9. Gather for large events, oversea for medium/small events, guaranteed attendance numbers within 3 business days in advance of functions.
10. Handle monthly forecast.


Qualification:
1. Ability to work in the island area. (Koh Tao)
2. Diploma Degree or higher.
3. Over 2 Years of experience in F&B field.
4. Good skill of communication, perfect understanding of operations for hotel, be able to work under pressure. Honest & hard working.
5. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
