Receiving (Haadtien Beach Resort) – Koh Tao Based
Job Details & Responsibilities:
-Responsible for checking and recording Food & Beverage and General that enter to store rooms.
-Responsible for charging and recording all inventory of operating supplies and equipment.
-Ensure all Food & Beverage and General supplies entering or leaving the store rooms have required documentation (receiving records, purchase order, grocery list, requisition orders)
-Monitors Food & Beverage and General suppliers are maintained required stock.
-Maintains accurate and organized system for the storage of all supplies.
-Issues goods to all hotel departments according to policy and procedures.
-Assists in monthly stock and inventory counts take as directed by Cost Controller.
-Ensures work area is clean and well organized.
-Establishes effective employee relations and maintains the highest level of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all Resort guests, clients, head of department and employees.
-Performs other duties and handles projects as assigned by the Chief Accountant.

Qualifications:
-- Interpersonal skills, excellent verbal, and written communication skills
-- Attention to detail and ability to work on their feet for long hours.
-- Ability to lift heavy boxes.
-- Accounting and arithmetic skills, including knowledge of invoicing and supplier payments.
-- Ability to use tracking and recording devices, such as handheld scanners.
-- Ability to update databases and keep accurate records
