Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

-Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

-Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills

-Solid knowledge of the luxury hotel or resort market

-Excellent command of English (spoken and written)

-Strong analytical and strategic planning skills

Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

-Lead and manage the sales team to meet KPIs and performance goals

-Identify and expand corporate, travel agent, online, and international market segments

-Analyze market trends, competitors, and business opportunities

-Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts

-Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to maximize revenue performance
