* Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Department, preferably within the hospitality industry.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
* Good knowledge and understanding of the Khao Lak market, including local business opportunities, customer segments, and market dynamics, will be a strong advantage.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
