Job Summary
The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering a variety of spa treatments to guests, ensuring a high level of service, professionalism, and guest satisfaction. The role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for wellness and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide a range of treatments such as massages, body scrubs, facials, and aromatherapy
• Assess guests’ needs and recommend suitable treatments and products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and spa areas
• Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and in good condition
• Create a relaxing and comfortable environment for guests
• Promote spa services, products, and special packages
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Follow all health, safety, and spa policies and procedures
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided

Qualifications & Requirements
• Certification or diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or related field
• Previous experience in a spa, hotel, or wellness center is preferred
• Good knowledge of different massage techniques and skincare treatments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Good level of English communication
