ในระยะถัดไป โรงแรมมีแผนรีแบรนด์เป็น “Club Wyndham Patong Hill Phuket” เพื่อสะท้อนทิศทางการพัฒนาในอนาคต และยกระดับมาตรฐานการบริการเพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดียิ่งขึ้นสำหรับแขกผู้เข้าพัก

ตำแหน่ง : Consumer Finance Officer

รายละเอียด

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:
• Experience in the Collections/Accounts Receivable
• Experience in Lending industry
• First-rate problem solving and negotiation skills, with experience in complaints management and conflict resolution.
• Excellent time management, multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to delegate appropriately
• Multilingual – English + either or a combination of Mandarin and or Thai and or Bahasa
• Self-motivated with demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment as well as within a team across many business units
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility, with a willingness to undertake a wide variety of tasks in a fast paced
environment
• Commitment to continuous improvement strategies and attention to detail
• Strong reconciliation and investigative skills
