Job Description

• Plan and manage offline sales operations to achieve sales targets
• Acquire new business partners (Partner Acquisition) and expand agency networks
• Negotiate and close deals with new business partners
• Manage relationships with agencies and business partners to ensure long-term growth
• Develop and expand offline sales channels and market coverage in target areas
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and business opportunities to define sales strategies
• Monitor sales performance of partners/agencies and implement improvement plans
• Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development
• Experience in partner acquisition, agency management, or distributor networks
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Proven ability to build and expand business networks and new markets
• Strong relationship management skills with long-term partnership focus
• Understanding of offline sales and field-based marketing operations
• Proactive, result-oriented, and strong leadership mindset (hunter mindset)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
