We’re seeking a visionary, experienced, and hands-on General Manager to lead the pre-opening and daily operations of our brand-new, international-branded hotel located in the heart of Phuket active beach. This is a unique opportunity to shape a hotel from the ground up and create an exceptional experience for guests and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the pre-opening phase, with the hotel slated to open in Q3 or Q4 2026
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing pre-opening leadership team
• Coordinate and manage all pre-opening activities and project timelines
• Set up SOPs, brand standards, and operational protocols
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the hotel owner
• Oversee sales strategy, revenue management, and overall performance of the hotel
• Lead daily hotel operations to ensure profitability, efficiency, and world-class guest experience
• Handle performance management, team development, and service excellence
• Full project ownership of the opening process

Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of General Manager experience with an internationally branded hotel
• Age not over 55 years’old.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations.
• Proven leadership in driving business performance and delivering financial targets
• Highly organized, results-driven, and proactive
• Experience in pre-opening and working with international hotel brands is a plus
• Hands-on, energetic leader who leads by example and inspires the team
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team development skills
• Comfortable working with hotel technology systems, including PMS and operational tools
• Ability to mentor, coach, and guide teams to deliver both guest satisfaction and business success
