We are seeking dynamic Area Managers to oversee multiple wine shop operations in Phuket and Bangkok. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability, delivering excellent customer service, leading wine education and events, and managing day-to-day operations across assigned branches.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth and profitability across all assigned shops, including upselling and recommending wines and premium wines to customers
• Ensure a high standard of customer service across all shops; handle offline and online customer complaints and feedback
• Train team members on wine knowledge and sales techniques
• Support shop managers with scheduling, staff recruitment, and daily operations
• Ensure each shop follows company standards for merchandising, pricing, and product presentation
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inbound suppliers to ensure optimal inventory
• Organise in-shop wine tasting events and represent the company at external wine events and expos
• Create marketing content for the company’s social media channels

Qualifications
• Wine knowledge is a must; willingness to develop wine expertise is essential
• Proven experience as an Area Manager, Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills with a strategic business mindset
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong presentation skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Excellent command of English
• Experience creating marketing content for social media platforms
