ตำแหน่ง : Assistant Chief Engineer
- Performs cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc.
- Performs minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling wall gaps, etc.
- Checks control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.
- Installs appliances and equipment.
- Does garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.
- Conducts maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs.
- Inspect and troubleshoots equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation).
- Checks functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm).
- Collaborates with workers and other professionals during renovations.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in maintenance.
- Good understanding of the technical features of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
- Good knowledge of facilities, machines and equipment.
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Available to work on-call, shifts, after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision or cohesively as a team
- Has to have a hands-on approach
