NUI has owned and operated Grand Villa Samui and other properties for over 15 years in the hotel industry in Koh Samui. ตำแหน่ง : Junior Architect
Young, energetic, innovative, creative! University graduate with three years professional work experience in construction an advantage. Good English speaker essential. An interest in renovation, refurbishment, multidisciplinary ... architecture, interior, landscape.
Based Samui during appointment. Accommodation provided. Salary around 30-50k subject to professional experience.
After Samui opportunity for right person to travel and work UK and Scandinavia in future on co assignments

• Male or Female
• Age 25 or above
• At least 3 years’ experience
• Bachelor degree in architecture
• Discipline, Punctual, honest, Efficiency
• Good communication skill both verbal and written both Thai or English
• Good in Revit, Autocad , other necessary programs

มีพลังงาน, กระตือรือร้น, มีนวัตกรรม และคิดสร้างสรรค์! จบการศึกษาระดับมหาวิทยาลัย โดยมีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการก่อสร้างอย่างน้อยสามปีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ ต้องสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี สนใจในงานปรับปรุง, ฟื้นฟู, งานสหวิชาชีพทั้งด้านสถาปัตยกรรม, อินทีเรีย, และภูมิสถาปัตย์
ประจำที่สมุยในช่วงเวลาการทำงาน มีที่พักให้ เงินเดือนประมาณ 30,000-50,000 บาท ขึ้นอยู่กับประสบการณ์ทางวิชาชีพ
หลังจากทำงานที่สมุย ผู้ที่เหมาะสมมีโอกาสเดินทางและทำงานที่สหราชอาณาจักรและสแกนดิเนเวียในอนาคตในโครงการร่วม

• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
• ปริญญาตรีสาขาสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์
• มีวินัย ตรงต่อเวลา ซื่อสัตย์ และมีประสิทธิภาพ
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน
• มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม Revit, Autocad และโปรแกรมอื่น ๆ ที่จำเป็น
