Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting.
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Develop menus in collaboration with chefs and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Manage budgets, pricing, and revenue targets.
- Train and supervise staff to maintain service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and provide effective resolutions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory.
