1. **Education**

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a senior engineering or facilities management role within the hospitality industry.
* Proven track record in managing building engineering systems.

3. **Technical Skills & Knowledge**

* Strong understanding of building engineering systems, including:

* Electrical systems
* Air conditioning and ventilation (HVAC)
* Plumbing and drainage systems (water supply and wastewater)
* Fire protection and safety systems
* Knowledge and hands-on experience in carpentry, built-in furniture, decorative woodwork, and interior maintenance.
* Ability to oversee repair, fabrication, and installation of wooden and built-in structures with attention to quality and design.

4. **Leadership & Management**

* Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage engineering teams effectively.
* Capable of planning maintenance schedules, allocating resources, and supervising contractors or vendors.
* Able to coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure engineering support aligns with operational needs.

5. **Communication & Language**

* Good command of English, both spoken and written.
* Ability to communicate technical issues clearly and prepare professional reports or proposals.

* High level of responsibility, service-oriented mindset, and attention to detail.
* Flexible with working hours, including weekends or emergencies when needed.
