Responsibilities :
The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in the overall operation of the kitchen. The position ensures the preparation and presentation of high-quality food in accordance with hotel standards, food safety regulations, recipes, and guest expectations.
The Sous Chef provides leadership and guidance to the culinary team, maintains kitchen standards, controls food costs and wastage, and ensures smooth daily kitchen operations.
