Position Summary:
The Head Villa Chef will be responsible for delivering high-quality, personalized dining experiences to our villa guests. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for culinary arts, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

**Prepare and present high-quality, personalized meals for guests, ensuring a variety of culinary options based on their preferences.
**Create seasonal menus that showcase fresh, local ingredients.
**Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control.
**Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with food safety standards.
**Lead and train kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and consistency in meal preparation and service.
**Collaborate with villa management to plan special events, dinners, and culinary experiences.
**Uphold Elite Havens’ high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

**Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, preferably in a luxury villa or resort environment.
**Strong culinary skills with a focus on diverse cuisines.
**Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
**Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
**Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
**Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
