Villa Manager (Villa Vie & Golden Lotus Villas)
Duties and Responsibilities
> Co-ordinate with reservation and operation in related to owners/guests arrival and departure.
> Provide the highest level of service of food, drink and activities any other requests by guests/owners.
> Ensure the utmost satisfaction of guests and owners at all times.
> Housekeeping: to implement of standards and responsibility of training and quality of work.
> Ensure F&B for guests and owners are prepared and served at the highest level as per EH SOP
> Enforce villa staff members to follow SOP.
> Villa Maintenance: to inform Chief Engineer and office of any problems and follow up solutions.
> Arrange payment and incidental bills when guests check out. Arrange report of cash sales, petty cash claims in timely manners.
> General wellbeing of owners, guests and visitors to the villa.
> Undertake any other assignments as per GM, Operations and management requests.
Requirements
> Position based in Samui
> Age 25-40 years old, Thai Nationality
> Good command in English
> Having a background in Food and Beverage (F&B) is an advantage.
> Knowledge of property maintenance, housekeeping and basic accounting
> Working experience in hospitality
> Flexible schedule to accommodate guest needs and villa requirements.
