Generating daily or weekly FB reports and productivity analysis.

Reconciling delivery receipts with invoices and ensuring timely payment to vendors.

Acting as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, feedback, and complaint resolution.

Ensuring strict adherence to local food safety regulations and HACCP standards.

Monitoring food presentation from kitchen and service to maintain brand standards.

Coordinating with other teams about events and banquets.

Detail-oriented F&B Coordinator specializing in large-scale events and BEO or Banquet Event Order execution for groups event.

Strong background in client relations, translating complex guest requirements into seamless floor plans and service timelines.

Advanced proficiency in F&B POS systems (Micros) and automated procurement software.

Scheduling and overseeing front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams during high-volume shifts.

Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels of Food & Beverage

Identifying vendors, negotiating pricing, and managing the ordering process for food, beverages, and supplies.
