We are searching for a Plumbing Engineer to lead the design review, coordination, and site execution of plumbing and drainage systems for a landmark real estate and hospitality development project.

The Role
● Review plumbing and drainage drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for compliance with design intent and applicable codes
● Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of water supply, drainage, sanitary, and fire protection plumbing systems
● Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure buildability
● Monitor contractor performance on site, including work quality, schedule adherence, and safety compliance
● Review material submittals, technical specifications, and equipment selections for plumbing systems
● Support testing and handover procedures, ensuring systems meet operational and regulatory requirements
● Report to the Engineering Project Manager
