2. รู้และเข้าใจถึงปัญหางานก่อสร้างและงานระบบประกอบอาคารรวมทั้งรู้จักการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นได้เป็นอย่างดี
3. เข้าใจปฎิบัติงานตามแนวทางที่กำหนด ให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำ สอนผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาทำงานตามกรอบที่กำหนด
