ตำแหน่ง : Foreman Project
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and project teams as assigned
- Supervise and monitor on-site construction works to ensure compliance with plans, drawings, and schedules
- Clearly communicate work instructions to Thai and Myanmar workers
- Report work progress, issues, and challenges to the project supervisor
- Ensure construction quality and on-site safety standards are met
- Coordinate with relevant parties such as engineers, suppliers, and project management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- No specific educational requirement; construction experience is an advantage
- At least 2 years of experience in construction site supervision
- Able to communicate in Thai, Chinese, Myanmar, and English
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
- Able to work according to project schedules
