Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and care for gardens, lawns, and landscapes, ensuring they remain clean and well-maintained.
ดูแลและบำรุงรักษาสวน สนามหญ้า และภูมิทัศน์ให้สะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย
• Plant, prune, and water trees, flowers, and shrubs while managing weed and pest control.
ปลูก ตัดแต่ง และรดน้ำต้นไม้ ดอกไม้ และไม้พุ่ม พร้อมทั้งกำจัดวัชพืชและศัตรูพืช
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as necessary and operate gardening tools and equipment.
ใส่ปุ๋ย กำจัดศัตรูพืช ใช้และบำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือทำสวน เช่น เครื่องตัดหญ้า และเครื่องตัดแต่งกิ่ง
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and furniture repair.
ดำเนินงานซ่อมบำรุงทั่วไป เช่น ระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา เครื่องกล และซ่อมเฟอร์นิเจอร์
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting for air conditioning, lighting, and water systems.

• Perform maintenance and cleaning of pools, spas, and water features, ensuring proper water chemistry.
บำรุงรักษาและทำความสะอาดสระว่ายน้ำ สปา และน้ำพุ พร้อมตรวจสอบค่าทางเคมีของน้ำให้ได้มาตรฐาน
• Assist in minor construction, renovation projects, and irrigation system maintenance.
สนับสนุนงานก่อสร้าง ปรับปรุง และดูแลระบบชลประทานให้ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• Ensure all facilities are safe and functional, responding promptly to maintenance requests.

Qualifications & Skills of Gardener & General Technician:
คุณสมบัติและทักษะสำหรับคนสวนและช่างทั่วไป:

• Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or general maintenance preferred.
มีประสบการณ์ในการทำสวน การจัดภูมิทัศน์ หรือการบำรุงรักษาทั่วไปจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• Basic knowledge of plants, soil, fertilizers, and irrigation systems.
มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับพืช ดิน ปุ๋ย และระบบชลประทาน
• Ability to use and maintain gardening tools, hand tools, and power equipment effectively.
สามารถใช้และดูแลอุปกรณ์ทำสวน เครื่องมือช่าง และเครื่องมือไฟฟ้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• Familiarity with basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting is a plus.
หากมีความคุ้นเคยกับงานประปา ไฟฟ้า งานไม้ และงานทาสี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
