Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage the Admissions Team to ensure an efficient and professional admissions process.
-Oversee the entire student enrolment journey, from enquiry to successful enrolment.
-Coordinate with Academic, Finance, Marketing, and other departments to ensure a smooth admissions experience.
-Supervise school reception services and maintain excellent customer service for prospective families.
-Monitor admissions data, prepare reports, and maintain accurate student records.
-Support marketing activities, school events, open days, and promotional campaigns to increase student enrolment.
-Develop and improve admissions procedures, policies, and service standards.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective parents, students, and external partners.
-Ensure compliance with school policies and perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-Minimum 3 years' experience in Admissions, Student Recruitment, Customer Relations, Sales, or a related role.
-Previous experience in an international school is highly preferred.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Thai.
-Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
-Customer-focused with the ability to build positive relationships with parents and students.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and student information systems (SIS/CRM is an advantage).
-Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform well under pressure.
