Sales Manager (MICE)

**Key Responsibilities**

-Develop and implement sales strategies for the MICE segment (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions)

-Manage and expand relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and agencies

-Promote and sell meeting spaces, banquets, and event packages

-Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and follow up to achieve revenue targets

-Coordinate closely with internal departments such as Banquet, Event, and Operations teams

-Conduct site inspections and participate in trade shows and sales activities

**Qualifications**

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field

-3–5 years of sales experience with a strong focus on MICE

-Proven track record in corporate sales, event sales, or hotel/convention sales

-Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

-Excellent command of English (additional languages are an advantage)

-Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

-Good knowledge of event planning, banquet operations, and MICE market trends

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools

-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills

-Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

-Willingness to travel and attend site inspections, trade shows, and client meetings
