** Key Responsibilities **
- Assist in managing day-to-day reservation operations across all channels (email, phone, OTA, GDS)
- Supervise and train Reservation Agents to ensure high performance and service standards
- Monitor room availability, rates, and inventory in coordination with Revenue and Sales teams
- Ensure all reservations are accurately entered and maintained in the PMS system (e.g., Opera)
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Support in forecasting, reporting, and analyzing booking trends
- Manage group bookings, rooming lists, and allotments
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Assist in resolving overbooking situations and guest relocation if necessary
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports

** Qualifications & Requirements **

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Reservations
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred) and booking channels (OTA, GDS)
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
