Responsible for supervising daily Food & Beverage operations to ensure smooth service and excellent guest experiences. Supports the F&B Manager in leading the team, maintaining service standards, handling guest requests and complaints, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant/bar operations and team members.
- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Brief, coach, and support team members during operations.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with Kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
- Assist with inventory, stock control, and operational supplies.
- Support the F&B Manager in achieving departmental goals and targets.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in F&B operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Service-minded with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
