ตำแหน่ง : HR Officer (Recruiter)

Position Purpose
Support Human Resources operations including recruitment, employee records, HR administration, time attendance, HRIS, training, and employee activities to ensure efficient and effective HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage job vacancies, job postings, applications, reference checks, and recruitment processes.
• Process employment confirmation, new hiring documents, uniforms, lockers, and hotel assets.
• Maintain accurate employee profiles, personnel records, and information in the Eagle HRIS system.
• Support time attendance administration and prepare HR reports, letters, memos, and documentation.
• Handle employee inquiries and coordinate with departments and relevant external authorities.
• Support HR policies, procedures, employee communication, and engagement activities.
• Maintain HR records, filing systems, information boards, and general office administration.
• Assist with orientation, training programs, cross-training, rewards, and certification programs.
• Maintain employee training records and support training and development activities.
• Represent the HR Department in hotel activities and perform other duties assigned by the Director of Human Resources.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in a related field.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Good administrative and organizational skills.
• High energy level with good presentation skills.
• Pleasant, helpful, and professional personality.
• Experience in a hotel of similar standard and capacity is preferred.
• Able to work effectively in a demanding environment.
• Experience using the Eagle program is an advantage.
