• Welcome guests with a smile and polite greeting every time they arrive or leave the resort.
• Always look around and help with luggage carry, load, and unload carefully.
• Drive safely, follow all traffic rules when using hotel vehicles.
• Keep areas clean, including the bell desk, lobby, luggage carts, trolley and hotel vehicles.
• Give directions and local information if guests ask, assist with guest requests, storing bags, delivering big items, arranging transport.
• Assist in checking all vehicles for potential issues or signs of deterioration. Arrange for vehicle inspections or repairs as needed, and ensure timely renewal of vehicle registration in compliance with regulations.
• Support GSA like helping with welcome drinks, cool towel or showing rooms when others are busy.
• Be honest and careful when handling guests' luggage and personal items.
• Inform outside driver to turn off their vehicles engines while waiting guests at the entrance (to avoid smoke coming to Reception or Fresca).
• Look neat and professional uniform, hygiene, behavior must reflect the hotel’s image and stay friendly and helpful, always keeping a positive attitude.
• Type 2 Driver's License Required
