Position Purpose
Provide professional and friendly guest assistance, including luggage handling, transportation support, vehicle care, and Front Office support while maintaining hotel service and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests with a smile and polite greeting every time they arrive or leave the resort.
• Assist with luggage carry, loading, and unloading carefully.
• Drive safely and follow all traffic rules when using hotel vehicles.
• Keep the bell desk, lobby, luggage carts, trolley, and hotel vehicles clean.
• Give directions and local information, assist with guest requests, storing bags, delivering big items, and arranging transport.
• Check vehicles for potential issues or signs of deterioration and arrange inspections or repairs as needed.
• Ensure timely renewal of vehicle registration in compliance with regulations.
• Support GSA with welcome drinks, cool towels, or showing rooms when others are busy.
• Be honest and careful when handling guests' luggage and personal items.
• Inform outside drivers to turn off their vehicle engines while waiting for guests at the entrance.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance, good hygiene, friendly service, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Type 2 Driver's License Required.
