????️ WE ARE HIRING – RESTAURANT MANAGER

Vikasa Yoga Retreat – Koh Samui

Qualifications & Skills
Female, 35+ years old.
3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in hotel restaurants only.
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and guest service.
Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems.
Focus on operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards.
Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team.
Ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
Control food cost, labor cost, and waste.
Coordinate with the kitchen team and suppliers.
Monitor inventory and ordering.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
