???? WE ARE HIRING – CHIEF ENGINEER

Vikasa Yoga Retreat – Koh Samui

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
8–10 years of engineering/maintenance experience in luxury hotels or resorts.
Minimum 3 years in a leadership position.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and building systems.
Experience in project management, budgeting, and team leadership.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Engineering & Maintenance team.
Oversee daily maintenance and engineering operations.
Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Manage engineering projects, assets, and contractors.
Ensure safety, compliance, and sustainability standards.
Control engineering budgets, costs, energy, and resources.
Support a safe and comfortable guest experience.
