POSITION SUMMARY
Serves as the primary strategic business leader of TUI BLUE The Passage, responsible for all aspects of resort operations, including guest satisfaction, team engagement, financial performance, human resources, and revenue generation. This role ensures a strong return on investment for both TUI Group and property ownership, while embodying and implementing the TUI BLUE brand values, service philosophy, and guest experience strategies.
The General Manager drives the execution of resort-wide strategies aimed at exceeding guest expectations, enhancing market share, and delivering outstanding financial results. This leader holds the management team accountable for achieving operational goals and fosters their ongoing professional development.
The General Manager ensures that the strategic objectives of TUI Group and the ownership are aligned to strengthen the resort’s position as a leading destination. Builds trust and loyalty with ownership through open communication, expectation setting, and consistent delivery of business performance. Actively engages with the local community and builds strong partnerships with local authorities, businesses, and guests. Represents the TUI BLUE brand and values in all leadership actions and decisions.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will bring solid leadership experience in the European market, with a proven track record as a General Manager or senior hotel executive. A strong background in guest experience, sales and marketing, food & beverage, and financial management is essential.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
* A degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
* Minimum 7 years of experience in management operations, hotel operations, sales and marketing, or related professional areas, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
* Previous experience with international hotel brands or tour operators is highly advantageous.
* Highly adaptable with ability to lead and direct changes in an organization
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
* Proven track record of GOP achievement through Revenue Growth
* Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all hotel operations including Rooms, F&B, Spa, Fitness, Finance, Sales & Marketing, and HR.

2. Drive a guest-centric culture and ensure high service standards.

3. Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.

4. Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team with a focus on collaboration and growth.

5. Collaborate with the regional sales & marketing team to increase occupancy, revenue, and brand visibility.

6. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain quality standards.

7. Ensure compliance with local regulations and TUI BLUE brand standards, with a strong focus on health and safety.

8. Represent the brand professionally and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, local authorities, and stakeholders.

9. Develop long-term strategies for growth and competitiveness.
