Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 5–7 years of hotel or resort operations experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role

Proven responsibility for Rooms Division and/or F&B operations with a strong record of guest satisfaction and service quality

Demonstrated capability in operational planning, budgeting, cost control, and KPI management

Experience with pre-opening, implementation of standards/SOPs, and cross-functional coordination is an advantage

Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to develop, mentor, and retain high-performing teams

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in a dynamic environment

Proficient in Thai and English, both spoken and written

Competent in MS Office and hotel systems, with a high level of organization and attention to detail
