Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR managerial or supervisory role

In-depth understanding of Thai labour law, Social Security, and statutory HR requirements

Demonstrated experience across core HR disciplines: recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and disciplinary processes

Proven ability to design, implement, and refine HR policies, procedures, and standards aligned with organizational strategy

Experience in supporting organizational change, culture-building, and engagement initiatives within a service or hospitality environment is an advantage

Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and support line managers and team members

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust at all levels of the organization

Proficient in Thai and English, both spoken and written

Competent in MS Office and HR information systems, with strong planning, follow-through, and attention to detail
