Position Overview

The Safety and Security Manager is the head of safety and security. Responsible for developing and leading all security protocols, ensuring the resort remains a tranquil and open sanctuary for guests and a safe working environment for all fellow Employee. Strategic and proactive approach ensures the resort's laidback luxury is never compromised.

Responsibility
• Develop, implement, and manage all security and safety protocols for the resort, in line with company standards and local regulations.
• Lead, train, and supervise the security team, fostering a culture of vigilance, discretion, and professionalism.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement preventative measures to mitigate potential threats.
• Respond to and manage all security incidents and emergencies, ensuring a calm, swift, and effective resolution.
• Work closely with other department managers to ensure safety procedures are integrated into all daily operations.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all security activities, incidents, and investigations.

Required Qualification
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field preferred. Relevant security management certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in a managerial security role, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or large-scale public facility.
• Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and crisis management abilities. Deep knowledge of security systems, protocols, and local laws.
• Personal attributes: A highly responsible, ethical, and discreet individual. A strategic and proactive problem-solver. A true caretaker of the resort's safety and the well-being of its people.
