Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations
at our resorts and developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
accounting and finance, with a proven ability to handle all aspects of the accounting cycle,
including tax reporting, financial analysis, and daily accounting oversight. The position requires
someone who is not only skilled in managing financial data but also capable of handling
administrative tasks, such as processing work permits and managing procurement orders.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
● Prepare and manage tax documents, VAT reporting, and tax invoices.
● Oversee daily accounting procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
● Prepare and submit monthly profit/loss statements and financial condition reports within 10 days
of the end of each month.
● Assist in the preparation of other financial reports and analyses as requested by the owner.
Administrative Duties:
● Process work permits and other related administrative documents.
● Handle procurement orders for equipment and extraordinary items, ensuring all orders are
approved by the owner.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● Proficiency in accounting software; experience with Xero and Comanche is highly desirable.
● Ability to live and work near Khao Sok National Park.
● Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Additional Information:
● This position includes food and lodging provided by the resort.
● The accountant will report directly to the resort owner.
● Location: Khao Sok National Park, Thailand
● Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 THB per month, depending on experience
